How do you manage learning?
it’s not about managing learning but about helping people to do their jobs – or do them better. It’s about performance support and performance improvement.
I use a variety of tools for lite tracking (page hits). I am interested in social activity stats- but I do NOT use them as a measure of learning.
For compliance and regulatory training, it is possible to enable some “LMS-type” functionality as a plugin; although I don’t currently use this myself.
