Summer Camp Leaders are Jane Hart and Harold Jarche.

Summer Camp runs online over a period of 4 weeks. Each Monday a set of background readings and an activity or two will be provided. Group members will share their work in a private group space with other participants. The facilitators will comment on discussions and engage with participants. Time commitment: 2-3 hours a week

WHO THE SUMMER CAMP IS FOR?
The primary audience for this workshop is professionals inside medium to large sized organisations who are interested in social media for learning. But it is not necessary to be employed as a learning & development professional, as this workshop should be of interest to anyone in communications, sales and marketing as well as business managers. Freelancers and consultants may find this workshop of value though the focus will be on internal collaboration.

SUMMER PICNIC

For anyone in the London area, Jane & Harold will be hosting a Summer Picnic on the afternoon of 20 June to kick things off. Cost for the picnic alone is £49 or an additional £20 for Summer Campers.

AGENDA

This will include one webinar for Campers.

For our Summer Camp, we are planning on doing something different this year. It will be a chance to reflect on what we have learned together. The focus will be on synthesizing all the conversations from our workshops over the past year and more. We will curate the conversations and observations and present them to Summer Campers. We will then work collaboratively on weaving these threads together into a narrative that makes sense. Jane and I will do the initial curation but then each person will be able to add to it, in view of the other participants, working cooperatively as desired. Each person will be able to create a mind-map, or other form of sense-making to make a cognitive toolbox.
