Social learning is more than just adding social media into training!
This online programme looks at how social media is impacting the way that we work and learn in the workplace, and how L&D professionals can support learning more widely in their organisations.
Each day’s activity consists of an introduction to the topic with links to additional reading (if desired), an individual or group activity, and a group discussion question. There is also a pre-programme Activity consider some of the topics that will be covered during the two weeks. The daily activities are coordinated and facilitated by Jane Hart in a dedicated group space on this site.
Please note: this programme uses a very informal approach to learning: there are no formal classes, tests nor monitoring of your learning. There are no synchronous activities. Your time commitment would be probably around 1 hour per day – although you could spend more time if you wished.
