Jane has worked with business and education for over 25 years, providing independent advice on the acquisition, implementation and use of new technologies for business and education. Jane’s huge breadth of knowledge and experience - in terms of potential approaches and tools as well as pitfalls – means she is able to offer a wide range of Workplace Performance Services in particular in helping L&D departments support organisations as they grapple with new concepts such as “informal learning” and “social learning”.

Jane is also a Principal of the Internet Time Alliance (ITA) where she is Director of Collaboration. The ITA advises organizations on how to get their people learning, working, and innovating in Internet time. ITA Principals have connections to thousands of different organisations within their different networks, so are able to share the practices of many forward looking organisations.

Jane has been blogging for many years. She was recently named as the most influential e-learning blogger by the E-Learning Council. Jane regularly writes articles for international magazines; and is also an established author.
